1) Summary

We designed ImposterX to operate without collecting or storing personal data. We do not run backend servers for user data, we do not create player accounts, and we do not retain identifiers on our systems. Gameplay preferences are stored locally on your device.

2) Data We Do Not Collect

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords
• No precise location data
• No analytics or crash profiling SDKs
• No retention of device identifiers by Ashak Studios

3) Local-Only App Data

ImposterX stores limited data locally on your device, such as language selection and UI preferences. If you uninstall the game, these local records are removed.

4) Third-Party Services

We use Google Ads (AdMob) to show interstitial ads and RevenueCat to manage purchases. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not combine their data with our own.

5) Advertising

ImposterX shows interstitial advertisements only during the “word generation” action. No banner or rewarded ads are used. PRO Monthly disables these ads.

6) Purchases & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only non-personal entitlement status to unlock features.

7) Children’s Privacy

If you are under the age required by local law, please use the game with a parent or guardian.

These Terms govern your use of ImposterX by Ashak Studios. By using the game, you agree to these Terms.

2) License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the game for entertainment. No reverse engineering or commercial exploitation allowed.

3) Advertising

Interstitial ads appear during word generation. PRO Monthly removes these ads while active.

4) Purchases & Subscriptions

• Processing: Handled by Apple/Google.
• PRO Monthly: Auto-renewing subscription to remove ads.
• Refunds: Handled under platform policies.

5) Connectivity

Internet access is required for ads and subscription checks. Offline mode may reflect stale status.

6) Liability

The game is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
