We designed our games to respect your privacy. We do not run our own backend servers for user data and we do not collect personal data from you. Your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Purchases are processed by Apple using your Apple ID.
Your coin balance, hints, level progress, language preference (82 languages available), audio settings (music/SFX), and notification preference are saved locally on your device. If you delete the app, these local records are removed with it.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple using your Apple ID. We receive non-personal purchase status (e.g., whether a purchase is active) from platform services in order to unlock features on your device. We do not receive your full payment information.
We use third-party providers only to: (i) manage subscriptions and purchase validation, and (ii) deliver advertising where applicable. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process limited technical information required to provide their services (for example, to confirm an active subscription or to show an ad). We do not combine this information with any data of our own.
Our games may include advertising formats such as interstitial, native, banner, and optional rewarded ads. If you upgrade to PRO, interstitial, native, and banner ads are disabled during the active subscription period; optional rewarded ads remain available so you can choose to earn in-game rewards.
Our games are suitable for a wide audience. If you are under the age required by your local law to make purchases or provide consent, please use the game with a parent or guardian.
You can open the game offline, but we do not recommend extended offline play. When offline, purchase validation and rewarded ads cannot run; coin or hint balances may appear inconsistent until connectivity is restored and the platform confirms your entitlements. To avoid confusion, play while online whenever possible.
The game supports 82 languages. Minor translation inaccuracies may occur; we continuously improve localization quality.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. If updated, the new version will replace this one and the “Effective Date” will be revised.

These Terms govern your use of our mobile games, including “Max On The Island,” published by Ashak Studios (“we,” “us”). By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for entertainment on compatible devices. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the game commercially.
The game can run offline, but prolonged offline use is discouraged. Purchases, subscription checks, and rewarded ads require internet access. If you play offline, balances or entitlements may not refresh until the device reconnects.
We use third-party providers to validate subscriptions and to serve advertisements. These services are necessary to deliver paid features and optional ad rewards. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective processing. We do not host user data on our own servers.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features to improve the game or to comply with platform requirements. Where feasible, we will aim to maintain a stable experience.
The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Comply with your local laws regarding age and purchases. If you are under the applicable age of consent, use the game under supervision of a parent or guardian.
We may revise these Terms when we add features or as laws change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
