Data Privacy & Storage
LOCAL-FIRST ARCHITECTURE
Strux is designed with security as a priority. The applications, code, and interfaces you create are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your project files.
1. Project Data (On Device)
Every app you build, every line of JSON, and every UI layout remains in your device's sandbox storage. Unlike web-based builders, your intellectual property never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to export or share it. Currently, there are no community sharing features, ensuring your work remains 100% private.
2. Account Metadata (Secure Cloud)
We use a secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure solely to manage your subscription status and usage quotas. We store the required datas: your anonymous User ID, name, email and your daily credit balance.
Fair Usage & Limits
Strux utilizes advanced AI models to help you generate apps from text. To ensure the service remains fast and sustainable for everyone, we enforce specific usage tiers.
Free Tier Limits
Users on the Free Tier are provided with 1 (one) AI generation right to test the capabilities of the system. This allows you to experience the "Text-to-App" feature before committing to a subscription.
Pro Tier Limits
Subscribing to Strux Pro unlocks "Unlimited App Creation" in terms of project storage. However, for AI-assisted generation, a fair usage policy applies:
- Daily Limit: Pro users are allocated 5 (five) AI generation rights per day.
- Reset: This quota resets automatically every 24 hours.
- Manual Creation: You can always create and edit unlimited apps manually without using AI credits.
User Liability & Responsibility
STRUX IS A TOOL, YOU ARE THE CREATOR
Just like a hammer can build a house or break a window, Strux is a neutral development tool. You are solely responsible for what you build with it.
1. Content Responsibility
You agree that you are the sole creator of the applications built within Strux. Ashak Studios accepts no liability for the function, content, or intent of the apps you create.
2. Prohibited Activities
You strictly agree NOT to use Strux to create:
- Malicious applications (malware, spyware, viruses).
- Phishing tools or deceptive interfaces intended to steal user data.
- Apps that violate local laws or promote illegal activities.
Any user found creating malicious content will have their access revoked immediately without refund.
Subscription & Terms
1. Strux Pro Subscription
Strux Pro is offered as a monthly subscription service (e.g., $19.99/month) processed entirely by Apple. Upgrading removes all advertisements and unlocks the Pro features listed above.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime directly from your iPhone Settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions). You will retain access until the billing cycle ends.
- Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple. We (the developers) do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for billing issues.
